Officially going on a diet.
No more crazy eating, and if i do eat loads I will burn it off.
It is happening.
I don't want to be super skinny but I do wanna lose a lot of weight.
This is where it starts.
Monday and Tuesday-Step 7-7.45
Wednesday and Friday-Swim 12-2
Sunday- 10-10.45
At least three days a week I want to do exercise.
No more snacking.
Snacking=Fruit.
Only exceptions in the next few months= Disney.
No more buying food in college. Money is now going to be spent on paying for leisure centre pass.
All is good in the hood.
Gonna take a while but it will be worth it.
